We have introduced the use of a variety of presses, including ones capable of handling a maximum load of 300 tons. In addition, high-precision pressing is carried out efficiently on our automated lines.

We are capable of handling all kinds of assembly methods, including riveting and welding techniques, such as soldering, spot, and arc because we pursue the high productivity and built- in quality through the Toyota Production System (TPS).

Using a type of resin molding known as “insert molding,” we form composite parts by placing steel pressed parts in a molding die and inject resin onto portions of these parts.
