In order to satisfy our customers, we believe it is important to support them from the planning stage. Accordingly, we efficiently develop and design our products while sharing information in real time and using the manufacturing know-how we have cultivated since our establishment.

In order to make superior products, we utilize our expertise and know-how to analyze the manufacturing method from various viewpoints, we always ask ourselves, “Is this really the best way to manufacture the product?”

Using CAD programs, including CATIA V5, we turn customer requests into design data. We also handle many types of materials from ordinary steel to special alloy steel and phosphor bronze.

We manufacture a prototype based on a completed design diagram. We then study it in detail with our customer and define a specification that will satisfy the customer by making fine adjustment to the design.

We design a metal die from the CAD diagram and self-manufacture a high-precision metal die with NC machine tools. Because we design and manufacture our product in house, quick turn-around time is possible.
