In order to exceed our customer’s expectations in Monozukuri, we work with our customers from the initial planning stages.
This requires continuously trial & error beginning with specification, onto design and, finally, development of the proto type.

We have introduced the use of a variety of presses, including ones capable of handling a maximum load of 300 tons.
In addition, high −precision pressing is carried out efficiently on our automated lines.

We utilize spot and arc technologies for pressed parts that are made in-house.
We have also implemented quality check systems throughout the line, because quality requirements for welding parts are extremely critical.

Using a type of resin molding known as “insert molding,” we form composite parts by placing steel pressed parts in a molding die and inject resin onto portion of these parts.

We are capable of handling all kind of assembly methods, including riveting and welding technologies (i.e. soldering, spot and arc welding), because we pursue the high productivities and build−in quality offered through the Toyota Production System (TPS).
